Train Schedule Change: Due to technical work on Bikaner division, operation of many trains of Jodhpur division will be affected. Jaipur-Suratgarh Express cancelled from 3-10 August, Abohar-Jodhpur Express will be partially cancelled.
Train Schedule Change: Block is being taken for technical work in the Bikaner division of North Western Railway in August, which will change the operation of trains. The movement of some major trains passing through Jodhpur division will be affected. The railway administration has already shared the information for the convenience of the passengers so that they can make their travel plans accordingly.
These trains have been canceled
Five trains will be affected due to work at Dulmera station. Jodhpur Divisional Railway Manager Anurag Tripathi said that block will be taken due to technical work at Dulmera station located between Bikaner-Suratgarh railway section. Due to this, there will be a change in the operation of five trains. Train number 19719/19720 Jaipur-Suratgarh-Jaipur Express has been completely canceled from August 3 to August 10.
Check train
Train number 14722 Abohar-Jodhpur Express will be partially canceled on August 9 and 10. In these two days, this train will operate from Bikaner station instead of Abohar, i.e. this train will be partially cancelled between Abohar and Bikaner. Passengers have been advised to check the timetable before travelling.
This block will also affect other trains. Train 14887 Rishikesh-Barmer Express will depart from Rishikesh 1 hour late from its scheduled time from 6 to 8 August, while train 22981 Kota-Sriganganagar Superfast Express will stop for 30 minutes at Bikaner railway station after departing from Kota on 2 August.
Appeal to passengers
Jodhpur division’s Railway Manager Anurag Tripathi has appealed to the passengers to check the updated timetable of the respective trains before travelling. He said that this technical work is being done for the safety of passengers and better rail services in future.
