PM Kisan 20th Installment Date: Crores of farmers across the country are waiting for the 20th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under this scheme, farmers are given an annual help of Rs 6000. This amount is given to the farmers in three installments. In such a situation, now the farmers are eagerly waiting for their 2000 rupees. However, this time the government is checking the account closely before sending the installment, so if the address or other information has been entered incorrectly in your registration, then it is very important to get it corrected so that the benefits of the scheme can be availed on time.
You can update the address yourself
Now the government has given the facility to farmers to update their details online by themselves. This step will provide great relief to those farmers who were able to get the correction done only through Common Service Center (CSC) till now.
This is how you can update your address
- First of all go to the official website of PM-Kisan pmkisan.gov.in
- Then go to the Farmer Corner section on the homepage.
- Now choose the Updation of Self Registered Farmer option. Click on this option and enter your Aadhaar number.
- View your registration details After entering the Aadhaar number, click on Search.
Your registered information will appear on the screen. - Update address and other information In the form appearing on the screen, you can correct your address, name, bank account, mobile number etc.
- Submit the form and get confirmation After updating all the information, click on Submit. You will get a confirmation message.
Offline option also available
Farmers who feel difficulty in the online process can go to the nearest CSC and correct their details through biometric verification. According to government sources, due to error in the details, the installments of the scheme may get stuck or the beneficiary may be terminated. Therefore, all farmers are requested to check their details soon and make necessary corrections.
