PM Kisan 20th Installment: Prime Minister Modi can give a big gift to crores of farmers of the country today. Actually, PM Modi is on his visit to Motihari, Bihar today. During this, he can release the 20th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under this installment, an amount of Rs 2000 will be transferred to the bank accounts of more than 9.8 crore farmers of the country. However, its official date has not been announced by the Ministry of Agriculture or Press Information Bureau (PIB).
Will give a gift of Rs 7,200 crore
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Bihar at 11:30 am today. During this, he will lay the foundation stone and launch projects related to railway, road, fisheries, rural development and IT worth Rs 7,200 crore. After this, at 3 pm, he will inaugurate schemes worth Rs 5,400 crore in West Bengal. It is being speculated that PM Modi can release the 20th installment during this tour.
More than 9.8 crore farmers waiting for 20th installment
Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme, eligible farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6,000 every year. This amount is given 3 times a year in the form of installments of Rs 2000. Earlier, the 19th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was released by PM Modi from Bhagalpur, Bihar in February 2025. During this, a total of Rs 22,000 crore was transferred to 9.8 crore farmers. Now the farmers of the country are eagerly waiting for the 20th installment.

Let us tell you that to avail the 20th installment of PM Kisan, it is necessary to update the farmer’s e-KYC. Farmers whose KYC is not complete will not get the benefit of Rs 2000. Apart from this, the bank account should be linked to Aadhaar and verification of land seeding is also necessary. If there is any problem in your name, bank account number or mobile number, then the 20th installment can be stopped and the name can also be removed from the eligibility list.
How to check your name in the list
1. First of all go to the official website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana pmkisan.gov.in.
2. After this, click on ‘Beneficiary List’ in the ‘Farmers Corner’ section on the homepage.
3. Select the name of your state, district, sub-district, block and village.
4. Click on ‘Get Report’.
5. After this, the beneficiary list of your village will start appearing on your screen. Check your name in it.
