BPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025: There is great news for the youth looking for government jobs. The application process for Assistant Professor posts has started by Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). BPSC has informed in the official notification that candidates will be appointed on 88 Assistant Professor posts. To apply, interested and eligible candidates have to visit the official website bpsc.bihar.gov.in. The last date to apply has been fixed as 8 August 2025.
Educational Qualification-
To apply, candidates must have BAMS degree (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized university which is included in the schedule of Central Council of Indian Medicine / National Commission for Indian System of Medicine.
2. Must have postgraduate degree qualification in the relevant subject, which is included in the schedule of Central Council of Indian Medicine / National Commission for Indian System of Medicine.
3. Must have received compulsory internship training.
4. In accordance with the guidelines of National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, all candidates must have a teacher code.
5. Candidates are advised to check the recruitment eligibility and educational qualification in the official notification before applying.
Age Limit-
The minimum age of the applicant has been fixed at 27 years. The age of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of 1st August 2025. Candidates belonging to reserved category will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit.
Maximum Age Limit-
Unreserved (Male) – 45 years
2. Backward Class – 48 years
3. Female (Unreserved, Backward Class and Backward Class) – 48 years
3. Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe – 50 years
