On Monday, people got relief from the humid heat due to the movement of clouds and sporadic rains in Patna and surrounding areas. In some districts, the wind speed was 30-40 km per hour. A low pressure area is formed in the Bay of Bengal. Due to its effect, there is a possibility of rain in Bihar during the next four days. On Monday, rain was recorded in 19 districts including Patna.
According to the data released by the Meteorological Department on Monday, heavy rain was recorded in Vaishali, Banka, Samastipur, Shivhar, Lakhisarai, Nalanda, East Champaran, Nawada, Sheikhpura, Begusarai, Munger, Purnia and Bhagalpur. 55.2 mm of rain was recorded in Bhagwanpur of Vaishali. On Monday, the maximum temperature of Patna was recorded at 35.3 degrees and 36.7 degrees in Valmiki Nagar.
