Bihar Police will soon get 21391 new constables. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will hand over appointment letters to these constables selected through the Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment) on June 28. According to information received from police sources, this program will be organized in Bapu Auditorium of the capital Patna. This will be a big program of Nitish government in the form of appointment letter distribution ceremony before the Bihar assembly elections to be held this year.
The selection board had released the final result of the recruitment of 21391 constables on 9 May 2025. At present, the process of contribution of these constables to their allotted district is going on. According to the information, the recruitment of 21391 constables started in 2023. More than 17.87 lakh candidates had applied for the examination.
Its written examination was conducted in six phases in the month of August 2024, in which 11.95 lakh candidates participated. After this, the physical efficiency test was conducted from 9 December 2024 to 10 March 2025. During this period, documents were also checked. The final exam result was released by preparing the merit list on the basis of marks obtained in the physical efficiency test.
101 assistant architects received appointment letters
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar gave appointment letters to 101 assistant architects on Wednesday. They will be appointed in the building construction department. This program was organized in the Samvad Room of Patna. Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary and Vijay Sinha were also present on this occasion.
