that from tomorrow i.e. July 1, 2025, Aadhaar card authentication will now be mandatory for the applicant to apply for a new PAN card. Till now, any valid identity card and birth certificate was required to apply for a PAN card, but from the first date this rule is going to change and according to the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT), PAN cannot be applied without Aadhaar verification.

Fourth change
Like every month, on the first day of July, the eyes of the people of the country will be on the changes in the prices of LPG cylinders. This change made by the oil marketing companies is related to the budget of the kitchen of the house. In the recent past, oil companies have changed the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinders several times, but the prices of domestic gas cylinders remain the same. On June 1, the companies had reduced the price of 19 kg cylinders by Rs 24. Now people are expecting a reduction in the prices of 14 kg domestic gas cylinders.
Fifth change
The fifth change to be implemented from July 1 will be for air passengers. In fact, oil marketing companies revise not only the LPG price on the first date of the month, but also the prices of air turbine fuel (ATF Price), in which the increase or decrease has a direct impact on the passengers traveling by airlines. Last month on June 1, 2025, the companies had cut the price of ATF. After the cut in Delhi, the price of ATF (ATF Price In Delhi) was Rs 83,072.55 per kiloliter, in which Rs 3,954.38 was cut. Similarly, in Kolkata it was Rs 86,052.57 per kiloliter, in Mumbai Rs 77,602.73 per kiloliter and in Chennai Rs 86,103.25 per kiloliter.
Sixth variation
Talking about the sixth change, it is related to the banking sector. While July is going to start with increased expenses for HDFC Credit Card users, ICICI Bank ATM users will also get a shock. HDFC Bank credit card users may have to pay extra fees for making utility bill payments. Also, a 1% charge will be levied on depositing more than Rs 10,000 in a month in digital wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, FreeCharge or Ola Money) using a credit card.
Now, a fee of Rs 23 will be applicable on any withdrawal made from ICICI Bank ATM after the limit of 5 free transactions in metro cities. In non-metro cities, this limit has been fixed at three. New charges are being imposed on IMPS transfers. Rs 2.50 per transaction will be charged for money transfer up to Rs 1000, Rs 5 for transfers above this amount and up to Rs 1 lakh and Rs 15 for transactions above Rs 1 lakh and up to Rs 5 lakh.
Seventh change
With the beginning of July 2025, the effect of the seventh major change will be seen on the drivers of the capital Delhi. In fact, it has been announced that petrol and diesel will not be given to old vehicles at petrol pumps in Delhi from July 1. According to the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM), from the first of July, diesel vehicles older than 10 years and petrol vehicles older than 15 years will not be allowed to get fuel at petrol pumps.
