When did you get pension this month
On June 13 this month, the NDA coalition government of Bihar led by CM Nitish Kumar, during a program at the “Sankalp” building at 1 Anne Marg in the capital Patna, sent an amount of 271.15 crores to the accounts of beneficiaries under the Social Security Pension Scheme and Chief Minister Kanya Utthan Yojana through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). In this program organized in the presence of Bihar CM, financial assistance was given to all those elderly, widowed women, Divyangjans and daughters who were eligible for these schemes.
The government believes that these schemes not only provide social security to the deprived, weak and needy sections of the state, but also strengthen women empowerment. The Chief Minister reiterated on this occasion that the aim of the Bihar government is that no needy person should remain without help and everyone should get a respectable life.
