In the year 2017, Nimisha went to Yemen for her livelihood, where she started a medical clinic with a local citizen Talal Abdo Mahdi. But over time, the situation worsened. Mahdi started misusing the pictures of her personal life and not only gave mental torture through blackmail but also took over her earnings.
Death sentence was given last year
Amidst all this, when Nimisha tried to get her passport back, in that atmosphere of tension and fear, she made such a mistake that Mahdi lost his life. After this, he was arrested and after a long legal struggle, he was sentenced to death in 2024.
