ICICI Bank has decided to implement new service charges from July 1, 2025. Charges will be levied for ATM transactions, cash deposit-withdrawal, IMPS and debit card services.

The reason for this is that the bank has taken an important decision. It will have a big impact on the pockets of the customers. This rule will be implemented from July 1, 2025. Therefore, it can have a direct impact on your bank account.
The bank has announced a list of new service charges. These include ATM transactions, cash deposit-withdrawal, IMPS and debit card services. While some services will remain free, after a certain limit, daily transactions will have to be charged. ICICI ATMs will have 5 transactions free per month, after which each transaction will have to be charged Rs 23.
At other bank ATMs, 3 transactions in metro cities and 5 transactions in other places are free. After that, a fee of 23 will be charged for financial transactions and 8.50 for non-financial transactions. For international ATM transactions, a fee of ₹125 will be charged for cash withdrawal, while a fee of 3.5% will be charged for currency conversion. There is a fee of ₹25 for non-financial transactions.
There will be a discount on many fees for senior citizens. IMPS transactions will also no longer be free. If you want to send money up to ₹1000, you will have to pay a fee of ₹2.50. While for transferring money from ₹1000 to ₹1 lakh, ₹5 will be charged for each transaction. A fee of ₹15 will be charged for ₹1 lakh to ₹5 lakh.
The first 3 cash deposits per month will be free, after which a fee of Rs 150 will be charged for each transaction. Deposits of more than Rs 1 lakh per month are likely to be charged at Rs 150 or Rs 3.50 per 1,000. The limit for third-party deposits will be Rs 25,000. The same rules have been implemented for cash withdrawals as well. Deposits and withdrawals now have to be made within the rules, otherwise a service charge will be charged. First 3 transactions are free, then Rs 150. Value-based charges will be charged for withdrawals of more than Rs 1 lakh.
Debit card charges have also been increased. The annual fee for general customers will be Rs 300 and for people in rural areas Rs 150. A charge of Rs 300 will be charged for debit card replacement. Now charges will be levied before each transaction, so check these charges before making any transaction.
