Bihar Weather Today : Heavy rain warning in many districts due to monsoon havoc, IMD issued alert

Monsoon is active in Patna due to which there was thunderstorm and rain in many districts. On Sunday, heavy rain occurred in many places including Patna, Chapra and Siwan, which gave relief to people from the heat. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in Gaya, Aurangabad, Rohtas, Bhabua, Buxar, Nawada, Jamui and Banka. There is a possibility of light rain in other districts including Patna.

Patna. Southwest monsoon remains active in the state. On Sunday, there was a sudden change in the weather in Patna, Chapra, Siwan, Jehanabad, Nalanda, Bettiah and Darbhanga and heavy rain with thunderstorms has given relief to people from humidity.

14.5 mm of rain was recorded in the capital on Sunday. According to the Meteorological Center Patna, there is a warning of very heavy rain with thunderstorms in eight districts of the state, Gaya, Aurangabad, Rohtas, Bhabua, Buxar, Nawada, Jamui, Banka.

The remaining districts including Patna will remain partly cloudy, there is a possibility of sporadic rain at some places. There is a possibility of sporadic rain in different parts of the state till July 4.

During the last 24 hours, rain was recorded at different places in Rohtas, Aurangabad, Buxar, Gaya, Nawada, Arwal, Gopalganj, Barh of Patna, Lakhisarai.
